- Competitive Program Tryout/Evaluation Fee $50.00 (non-refundable)
- If you were unable to attend tryouts in December please register and email Administrator@montanasurg.org to schedule a tryout/evaluation.

- 2012 – 2006 Boys and Girls

- Players will receive roster and team registration emails.
- Competitive Program cost $950.00 ($960.00 for payment plan option)
- The annual club fee is now included in registration. This fee is for insurance and administrative costs.
Asistencia financiera
Need based scholarships are available. Montana Surf believes that everyone deserves a chance to play more soccer. Through generous community donations Montana Surf is proud to offer assistance for those in need. Montana Surf Scholarship Application.
