What is the Annual Club Registration?
All Montana Surf players must register for the Annual Club Registration of $60.00. This annual fee covers your players MYSA insurance and administrative costs for the club. To complete registration for the annual club fee please click on link here: CUOTA DEL CLUB
Is financial assistance available?
Montana Surf believes that everyone deserves a chance to play more soccer. Payment plans are available at the time of registration. In addition, through generous community donations, Montana Surf is proud to offer assistance for those in need. Please email laura@montanasurf.org for a scholarship application.
Are tournaments included in the registration cost?
Each season Academy teams may elect to attend regional tournaments. The costs associated with tournament registration, travel, and coaching expenses are not included in MT Surf registration fees. Players wanting to attend tournaments will divide the expenses among themselves. Past tournament locations have included Helena, Billings, Missoula, Kalispell, Whitefish, Jackson, WY, Sheridan, WY, Cœur d’Alene, ID, Boise, ID.
When are games? Where are they played and how much travel can we expect?
Games are played on Saturdays. Two games are played each Saturday. Typically we host three weekends per season, sometimes four. We travel for league games to Helena, Billings and sometimes to Missoula.
How many practices are held per week?
Three 1.5 hour practices per week located at Bronken Soccer Complex or Bozeman Sports Park. Montana Surf also includes professional level Goalkeeper training for our players throughout the season.
How long are the seasons?
The fall season begins the third week of August and continues until the third week of October. The spring season begins after Spring Break/the third week of March and continues through the third week of June.
Where are uniforms purchased?
The premium-quality Montana Surf uniform is made by Nike and available for purchase on Soccer.com at an additional cost. All registered participants will be emailed a link from Soccer.com to order their uniforms once placed on a team.
What soccer associations are MT Surf a part of?
Montana Surf is a member of Montana Youth Soccer Association, MYSA. We participate in MYSA fall and spring league play.
Is there a volunteer requirement?
Each family is required to volunteer a certain number of hours each season. We are dependent on participation to help facilitate weekly activities and events.
