MONTANA SURF YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Montana Surf Youth Leadership Program is designed to bridge the transition from Montana Surf player to counselor/coach. This program equips students with important leadership skills and responsibilities while also offering the opportunity to earn community service hours for high school & scholarships. There may also be paid positions available.
Youth soccer leadership is about more than just guiding a team on the field; it’s about developing young individuals into leaders who can make a positive impact in all areas of their lives. By focusing on communication, teamwork, confidence, and decision-making, coaches can help cultivate the next generation of leaders. Through the beautiful game of soccer, young players can learn invaluable skills that will serve them well throughout their lives, on and off the pitch.
We love connecting our players across all of our programs and we love to have our alumni come back to coach once they are done playing or are home on break from school.
