Volunteer Coach
Our recreational program runs on the energy and dedication of volunteer coaches. No previous coaching experience is necessary—we provide training, resources, and ongoing support. Coaches receive a $100 voucher toward next season's registration.
Paid Coaching Positions
Montana Surf employs professional coaches across our Academy and Competitive programs. We offer competitive compensation, ongoing professional development through the Surf Nation coaching network, and the opportunity to shape the next generation of Montana soccer players.
Tournament Referees
Surf Challenge Montana and other club events need qualified officials. If you are a certified referee looking for opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
