Take your game to the next level this winter!
Each session will include a warm-up, agility work, technical drills, and small-sided play. These structured sessions are led by our coaching staff and are designed to give players more touches on the ball while focusing on technical skills.
Our goal is for players to take the skills they work on during training and continue practicing them throughout the week, returning the following session ready to learn something new. We understand it can be challenging for athletes to practice on their own at home, so this program provides a structured environment to develop technical skills and confidence with the ball.
Athletes are required to wear cleats and shinguards.
