Montana Surf Safe Sport along with Montana Youth Soccer are focused on continued safety of all our participants. Per US Soccer Policy 212-3 US Youth Soccer has developed the Safe Soccer Framework as a foundation from which all participants in the soccer community, be they athletes, coaches, referees, administrators or volunteers, play an active role in creating an environment free from emotional, physical or sexual abuse.
Montana Surf / Blitzz FC and Montana Youth Soccer have adopted US Youth Soccer policy 212-3; Montana Youth Soccer has adopted policy 212-3 to their policies “Montana Safe Soccer” program.

All complaints of harassment will be promptly, thoroughly, and discreetly investigated and, where necessary, appropriate corrective action will be taken. To the extent possible, your confidentiality and that of any witnesses and the alleged harasser will be protected against unnecessary disclosure. When the investigation is completed, you will be informed of the outcome of the investigation. Any person found to have unlawfully harassed or bullied another employee will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including discharge.
