Game Format
League + Tournament Play
• 4v4 play (3 field players + 1 goalie)
• 40-minute games (two 20-minute halves) with a 2-minute halftime
• Rosters: 5 player minimum, 8 player maximum
• All teams must be co-ed: at least one girl (or one boy, if majority girls) on the field at all times
