Yes, the two programs are one and the same. However, now all of our programs are named Montana Surf.

You have the flexibility to register for the Quadrant where your child can play with kids from nearby schools and neighborhoods. Volunteer coaches will determine practice times and locations

Quadrant 1: Chief Joseph, Meadowlark, Emily D., Hyalite

Quadrant 2: Whittier, Hawthorne

Quadrant 3: Sacajawea, Irving, Longfellow, Morningstar, Anderson

Quadrant 4: Monforton, Middle Creek Montessori, Gallatin Gateway

Quadrant 5 : Belgrade MS, Saddle Peak, Story Creek, Ridge View

We offer two opportunities to play Recreational soccer. We have a fall season that begins after Labor Day and a spring season that begins in April. Each season includes six weeks of games on Sundays. We also have Futsal during the winter months at the Montana Surf Indoor Soccer Center.

Teams are formed through a few different steps. First players are put into divisions trying to keep them single-gender and single age groups. If that doesn’t work we will combine ages until we have enough players for a few teams. Then we look at the Quadrants, which is that area selected in registration, and try to place teams in similar regions/quadrants. If there aren’t enough players in a quadrant we will combine some, and then finally review requests.

Yes, a $100 voucher will be sent to coaches to use in registering for the next season. Please email Joel Harris, Youth Academy Director, at recreationaldirector@montanasurf.org if you’re interested in coaching.

Yes, you can use your $100 credit in registering for our Academy Program.

Games are on Sundays – mid April to early June. No games on Memorial Day Weekend.

Our wonderful volunteer coaches determine the day(s), time and locations for their team practices. Your coach will reach out to communicate that information. Additional weekly pro sessions (for skill development) run 9/13 -10/11.

Jerseys can be ordered through Play It Again Sports in Bozeman online here or purchased in-store. Jerseys are $15. Please pick up your jersey before the day of your first game.
